Mr. Kim has had an illustrious and prosperous career having held various key executive management positions for several high-tech corporations. He\ was responsible for successfully establishing and growing their presence in the Asia-Pacific market. A veteran in the communications industry for more than 25 years, he has left an indelible mark on the companies he's aided in marketing high-tech startups to successfully penetrate into the Asia-Pacific region. Mr. Kim led Sycamore Networks in developing its market presence in the Asia-Pacific region, while serving as its Managing Director of Asia-Pacific Operation. Prior to that, Mr. Kim has served as the Vice President and General Manager of Asia-Pacific Operations for Hypercom Network Systems, and as Regional Director of Sales of Asia-Pacific Operations for Cascade Communications (Lucent). He has also served in various sales, marketing and technical positions with some of the leading communications and networking companies, including, StrataCom (Cisco), Ungermann-Bass (UB Networks), Compression Labs, California Microwave, and GTE Corporation (Sprint Communications). Mr. Kim is a Limited Partner with strategic and financial influence with Storm Ventures, Telesoft Partners and Granite Global Ventures. He is also involved in Private Equity funds focusing on project financing of several leisure and entertainment projects throughout Asia Pacific Region. Mr. Kim holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University, and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. |

Bill has over 20 years experience in the telecommunications industry in various sales, marketing, operations and engineering roles. Prior to Anagran, Bill served as Director, Sales Engineering and Consulting for Tellabs Asia Pacific where he was instrumental in building Tellabs’ data business with tier 1 carriers in Japan, China, Korea, South Asia and Australia. Prior to Tellabs, Bill was Director, Consulting Engineering for Vivace Networks (acquired by Tellabs in 2003), where he was successful in acquiring Vivace’s first customers MCI and NTT, which led to the Tellabs acquisition by Vivace. Bill has also served as Director, Services and Support at Mayan Networks, Executive Director, Engineering at Allied Riser Communications, and in various engineering and operations roles at Onstream Networks (acquired by 3Com), MFS Datanet (acquired by MCI) and British Telecom North America. Bill studied Computer Sciences at DeAnza College and holds an MBA from Melbourne University. |
